Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

Walz Travels is looking for motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representatives to help grow our customer base across Nigeria, Ghana, and other key markets.

You will represent Walz Travels and promote our range of travel services, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visa assistance, tours and activities, travel insurance, airport transfers, and group travel.

This is a performance-focused role for people who enjoy sales, building customer relationships, and turning travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and prospective clients.
• Promote Walz Travels products, packages, and travel services.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, email, social media, phone, and other channels.
• Follow up with leads and convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' travel requirements and recommend appropriate services.
• Promote current offers and marketing campaigns through approved channels.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and sales activity.
• Work toward agreed individual sales and performance targets.
• Coordinate with the wider Walz Travels team to ensure customers receive an excellent booking experience.

What we're looking for

• Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with prospective customers and following up on leads.
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
• Target-driven with a strong interest in achieving sales results.
• Good working knowledge of WhatsApp, email, social media, and other digital communication tools.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.
• Genuine interest in travel and tourism.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with the Walz Travels team.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work from their respective location where applicable.
