Service deposits are non-refundable once application preparation has begun. Government fees are non-refundable once submitted to the embassy.
Instead of a cash refund we can issue a travel credit voucher valid for 12 months toward any Walz Travels service.
Card refunds take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
